Studies have been shown that pubic service annoucements have brought a great scale of attention to those who drive daily. It has helped many people make conscious choices about when to text and other ways to be safe when driving. Through the use of public figures many people have been more attentive to PSA's.But it's eesy to hear something, than to actually do. Even the people who advertise these messages breaks the rules sometimes. People know tht testing and driving is not a safe thing. But even though it's not a safe thing to do, people still do it.

The first reason why PSA's are working to reduce the number of distracted driving incident is through the commercials and public figures. AT&T nd many other name brand companies have been putting

The poles are iven to people in various states. They take them and the polls are analyzed for study. Based off of what I have read the PSA's effects wee nuetural. According to the article at Safety driving lessons "Statistically most of the offenders are young people between the ages of 18 and 24; however, there are behind-the-wheel texters in every age group and demographic. The Los Angeles Times recently reported on a federal survey that at any given moment, 660,000 drivers are looking at their phones instead of the road." Whihc means that the PSA's are really that effective as most would like them to be. Many teenagers have reporte that they text and drive sometims while they are behind the wheel. Others have even reported that they have seen heir parents and friends text and drive behind the wheels. People, I have known personally and other's who I have seen in the next lane text behind the wheel. Well, according to the same AT&T survey, 47% of teenagers admit to texting while driving, and the number is probably higher because 75% of them say their friends text and drive.

Overall, the effects of PSA's have a neutural effect on those all around the country. Many people hear and apply what they have learned trhough the help of PSA'S.The PSAs appeal to the emotions of those who watch them. Due to this, it will help people to reember and follow the rules based off of the consequences they have witnessed throuh these PSA's. Then again there are people who still drive distrated.
