On February 23th 1957 a young man was checking up on his muskrat traps around a dirty, abandoned area and spotted the dead boy inside the box, yet he refused to tell the police because he knew those traps were illegal so he wanted to save himself fromthe trouble. Two days later on February 25th 1957 a college student traveling along Susquehanna Road in Philadelphia spotted a box with “Furniture, Fragile, do not open with knife” written on it with red letters. The traveler found a corpse of a little boy who was naked wrapped in a Navajo blanket, which is a blanket from the Native Americans who weave these as a tradition to represent their culture. He was 40 inches and weighed about 30 pounds. He was a white boy with blue eyes and blonde hair, anywhere from 3 to 6 years old, it seemed as if is nails were carefully trimmed and haircut was sharp and close to the head as if it was hurried in order to cover the little boy’s identity, probably done at home. This is everything but the law, so it can be your friends, school, family, neighbors, and anyone else who influences your behavior in society. For this case the fact that there is no suspect, the reason for why the offender did what he did can be from, his family. Maybe his family put a lot of pressure on him for having kids and he just couldn’t take it anymore, from there is what made him kidnap this little boy. He probably also was a victim of abuse by his family, so when he took the little boy he gave him all the abuse and neglect he got as a little boy. The society probably never saw him as a “father figure” or someone who can be a good dad, so therefore his friends might’ve made fun of him and constantly give him negative comments about it, this might’ve caused him to torture the boy, letting out all his anger on
