Red Horizon is a medium-sized pet food manufacturer headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Founded by Michael Ladenson, who wanted to give pets owners an all natural pet food product in 1986. Red Horizon manufacturers dry food, wet food, and prescription food made from organic, all natural products, which contain no artificial fillers. The company owns two factories, which produce 10,000 lbs dry food, 1,000 canned wet foods, and 500 canned prescription food daily, and is ranked #1 in pet food in the Chicago area. Red Horizon 's mission is to provide an affordable, all natural healthy pet food to its customers. Red Horizon would like to partner with a local charity that provides no kill rescues and no kill shelter, as well as help animals

Pets at the Save-A-Pet Adoption Center are sheltered indefinitely. The Adoption Center provides comprehensive services including: a caring and safe haven for cats and dogs, medical and behavioral assistance to mend broken spirits and bodies, adoption services, long term care for residents who are not adopted, community education, community leadership through alliances with other humane organizations, and community referral to low cost spay/neuter …show more content…
All canned goods will go to the adoption center.
Red Horizon will partner with Mariano’s, a grocery store chain in and around Chicago, who has agreed to keep record of all cans donated to the Save-A-Pet Adoption Center for free. As a result, Mariano 's will continue to gain a positive reputation from its customers.
Those who are part of Red Horizons membership program will receive 5% off orders if they contribute a monthly donation of either 1 bag of food or 10 cans of food to the adoption center.
Host four adoption days on the first saturday of March, June, September and December sponsored by Red Horizon.
Organize an adoption day at Millennium Park in Chicago, Illinois. The park is located 6 blocks from our headquarters and the animals will be transported safely using Save-A-Pet Adoption Center vans.
This event will take place on the first saturday of March, June, September and December. This will give an opportunity for dogs and cats to be adopted at four evenly distributed times during the
