Red Cross: The ARC Code Of Business Ethics

There are several concerns that need to be addressed on the systemic level regarding ethical issues. The independent Ombudsman role “is to provide confidential and informal assistance to the many constituents with concerns or complaints about the Red Cross” (ARC code of business ethics and conduct, 2009,Pg3). As the independent ombudsman that represents the ARC, there are some regulations and deregulation that congress should place focus, in order the address the business’ ethical issues. These ethical issues vary from a long list of ethical compliance, that include unethical behaviors such as dishonesty, bribery, conflict of interest, embezzlement and fraud. The independent Ombudsman would like to see regulations in place with requirements
