I PERSONALLY LOVE MAKING THIS AND I HOPE YOU DO TOO!THERE IS A LOT OF HISTORY BEHIND JUST A SIMPLE CAKE.Red Velvet was the “signature cake” of New York City’s Waldorf Astoria in the 1920s, and was very popular in Canada, during the 1940s and the 1950s . This cake was very popular, therefore a woman who really liked this cake decided to ask for the recipe and the chef gave it to her . Later the chef gave her a 100 dollar fee for using those cards. Therefore, for revenge she gave it to lots of people. Cocoa powder is the chocolate used to make the cake so its a chocolate cake dyed red and thats what makes it unique.HERE ARE SOME INGREDIENTS IN CASE
