Gummy bears, M & M, are candy, but does anyone know what is in the ingredient? This should be the question for everyone should be asking, not try to find out what is the price of those candies. Red Dye 40, it is just only one ingredients that anyone can find on many food and product labels. It is known as Allura Red, it is the most common artificial food color. Candy, baked goods, and cosmetics are have those ingredient in it. So is there anyone know if those ingredient can be harmful to our health? What is Red 40? In a daily living, not everyone notice what is in the food that they consume. They may have seen on the article or news about crime, or accident that may cause their life in danger, but they have no ideas what is the Red dye 40.
