One of the most significant reasons why diversity was entering the medical industry was the fact that Australia was increasingly becoming a multicultural society (Lance, 2007). Therefore, TEMC challenged with the discrimination issues in the hospital. If the managers in the hospital can solve the discrimination problem, as a result, they will contribute to the decrease turnover and increase commitment in the organisation. Besides, the reasons why TEMC got few applications was obviously that the remote location of the hospital. The data supported that the hospital was located in far north Queensland, Australia. However, there was no denying that there were some internal issues in TEMC. The hospital challenged with the popularity of the e- recruitment. For example, TEMC had still used the traditional methods of recruitment. The high turnover in the hospital indicated that the organisation lack of communication and trust. Internal recruitment Internal attraction actives:—intranets, promotion. William (1996), defined internal attraction activities as an organisation looking internally for its human resource needs. Internal attraction activities had provided an effective and efficient solution for employee recruitment. Similarly, Ruclich (2000), gave examples of internal attraction activities to recruit applicants, such as advertising on the company intranet, in company newsletters, promotion and transfer.
