Being a CEO sounds great, but you don't get to meet the people that make the company; you don't get to see who's coming in or who is working there. In “Undercover Boss”, people are shown that the CEO doesn’t know who works for them. To recruit is to get to choose who works in the company; to decide what type of people working in the company. I’m not much of a people person, however, when I enjoy something it’s hard to get me to shut up. Every job fair comes people with potential that I can see, that I want to use. It might take time for them to learn, but I can tell they want that job and will do anything. As an avid Fiction reader, I’m good at reading between the lines, seeing just the type of person they are from how they hold themselves.
