Recruiting Arguement Analysis

Not only did I connect to this quote because the Jets are my favorite NFL team but also due to the relevance of young recruiting especially in the football industry. The younger and younger that colligate football programs are recruiting athletes the more unknowledgeable about the choice they’re making the athlete is. I remember reading an article a few years ago from a local paper in Vermont about a young star from the south who was recruited so young he told his parents which school he wanted to go to because they had a good mascot and cool school colors. Now, this is NOT a good reason to choose an institution and this quote made me think of just that.

If I were appointed to serve on a criminal justice task force to improve recruitment in law enforcement, I would begin with scaling the structures of each agency from the bottom to the top. Almost every law enforcement agency has a chain of command and one superior at the top of that chain. According to Introduction To Law Enforcement, females seem to be excluded from law enforcement positions that reflect essential decision making (Doerner, 2016). Therefore, the emphasis would be directed on females in law enforcement and the recruitment of females in law enforcement. A stronger emphasis would be directed at commander or assistant commander positions for qualified females in each area that involves a spike in crime.…

Online Recruiting Practices Would you be more or less attracted to an organization that used online recruiting only? I would be less attracted to an organization that only used online recruiting practices mainly because they are impersonal; the employer is unable to see or hear the applicant leaving the resume as to only deciding factor for selection. An organization that utilizes a verity of recruiting practices designed specifically for an opening would attract a smaller batch of applicants with a greater outcome in less time.
