It is important for the principal and HR manager to know that the candidate can go the extra mile to help special needs students. An IEP might include extra time on test, reading test questions, using textbook on test and many more (Teach Hub).
2. What would you do to motivate parents to become involved in their child’s education? Some parents do not have any idea about how their children are doing in school or what they are learning. It is important to know the candidate will be able to effect a change to get every parent involved in their child’s education.
