Please take a moment to review the “Record Retention Policy Information” on MyONE page. While reviewing the page, please keep in mind that all documents have a retention period assigned to them. It is not unique to Confirms, Statements and Tax Forms.
As a reminder, statements are kept for the last 7 years, and confirmations are kept for the last 3 years. Any statements and confirms beyond the 7-year or 3-year retention period are not retrievable by OFI, and we are unable to manually recreate reports that contain this information.
