Genetics affects me in many ways, in my daily life. Recently my moms dog had puppies and my dogs a german sheperd. To see if it's a purebred we had to look at both the mother and the father of the puppies. My dog was not a pure breed because her mom was not a purebreed. The father of the puppies was a pure breed because its mother and father were a purebred. This applies to to everyone not just animals. I see these fish in walmart all the time and it maybe the way they take care of them but they look dead. I think fish and other meats are a given gift from mother nature. To genetically modify something harmless like a tiny fish. Glofish industry says that they are environmentally safe but i believe not you can't just change something like this without have consequence and a balance.
