It was the first day of school and Sean had already gotten in a fight with David a kid who was in a wheel chair. Sean was on the wheel chair ramp and was not getting out of David’s way, that’s how the fight started. Although Sean did not hit David he was accused of starting the fight because he had been in previous fights last year. There was also the fact that David was in a wheel chair and no one thought someone in a wheel chair could beat up someone like David. During the “fight” the vice principal came in and took Sean to the office and was going to suspend him and call his parents.
