Relationships can be the most wonderful - or most terrifying things that many people will endure. This is true especially if you're not over the previous relationship. Some relationships are more difficult than others when it comes to recovery.

It's not a good idea to leap into a new relationship unless you've put some of the old hurt behind you. At the same time, you don't want to lock yourself away from the world for months or years while you struggle to put the pieces of your heart and soul back into place.

Just be sure you're not setting yourself up for the rebound relationship. For both parties, rebound relationships are not healthy and you'll end up being more hurt than before. To lessen the risk of rebound fallout, allow sufficient
