Teenage Rebellion
Teenage rebellion is a common theme throughout literature, movies, as well as song lyrics. This is also a theme in Shakespeare’s masterpiece “Romeo and Juliet”. I think teenage rebellion is a popular theme seeing that some teens could relate the characters in the literature, movie , or song. I think “Romeo and Juliet” can compare to Disney, Dreamworks “Shrek”. I think this as there are many of the same situations about rebellion between the two movies. One similar situation was when they were both forbidden to be in love since in the movie“Shrek” Shrek rescues Fiona to bring her to Lord Farquaad to be married to him, however by the time they get to Farquaad, both Shrek along with Fiona have fallen in love(How). What is an appropriate reaction when someone gets angry? Is it to lose your temper and make the situation worse? In Romeo and Juliet, the way Tybalt reacted was not appropriate for the situations that took place in the play. He blew things way out of proportion and let the situations get the best of him. Tybalt is responsible for his own death because he came looking for trouble, he killed Mercutio, and he didn’t listen to demands from other, more powerful people. First of all,Tybalt caused his own death because he was looking to start a fight with Romeo.…

Mark Twain once said, “Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.” Anger affects everyone differently, and some of us are more adept to deal with it. Others it turns into monster making them do irrational, off character actions with severe consequences. The dictionary definition of anger is to make or to become upset, but I think anger is a sense of rage that can interfere with rational thinking. Of Mice and Men essay I think that George and Lennie from Of Mice and Men have a better relationship than Romeo and Juliet because George protected Lennie on multiple occasions, George was able to find him and Lennie a job when it was hard to find open jobs, and George only killed Lennie because it was the most humane choice he had. My first reason is because George was able to find both of them a job, even though it was very hard to find a job and Lennie was mentally disabled. This is shown when George successfully gets them a job at the ranch even after being chased out of Weed after Lennie grabbed the girl's dress. That would have made finding a job difficult, however George was still able to get them a job even though he had to lie a bit. On pages 21 and 22, we see this when the boss asks about Lennie not being much of a talker.…
