Rebellion In 'Cairo: My City'

I’ve read three stories about different types of rebellion and the names of those stories are called, Cairo: My City which was the first story I read, the second one is named, Lolita in Tehran, and the last one is called Persepolos2. In all the stories, they are about people living in countries where they basically are under laws that are unfair and they are bold enough and fearless to go out and do things they there are not supposed to do knowing what the ricks are if they get caught. In the first story it’s about two girls Salma and Mariam and in the beginning of the story the girls are trying to flee the country that they are living in which is Egypt but then they decide to go back and be a part of a protest because it was something they felt was way bigger than them because their country was rained by a bunch of religious people and they are wealthy and they was making all these rules for the people that lived in the country but yet they didn’t have to follow the rules just because they are rich. …show more content…
