The first reason we should be allowed to have guns is guns do not kill people, people kill people. More than 10,000 people die every year from gun homicide, and most are from around 15-24 year olds. About 8,512 people have died last year from gun violence. I believe that individuals should not be allowed to have the right to bear arms because in most cases, it does not actually help people, children have easier access to dangerous guns, and having a gun makes the owner living there statistically more dangerous. Killing is not always the answer to everything or problems. Guns should be prohibit in America unless they have a permits to be able to use a gun. Guns do not kill people, people kill people, with guns. Anti-gun activists claim that criminals are less likely to use a gun if it is against the law or if they are not able to obtain a gun legally. Anti-gun activists also claim that attacks with guns are far more violent than any other weapon (Henigan). The fact that guns are deadly is not avoidable, what can be said is that if a good guy has a gun, the attack will be less deadly, because the shooter will be subdued by a good gun. Criminals will not follow the laws, they are criminals for a reason, they choose to break the law and if they are a killer, they do not care what they must do to take lives.…

Gun control remains to be one of the most popular debates along with abortion, animal testing, and climate change. What makes gun control so controversial? Well, many people have different views on the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which reads as “A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Advocates for gun control believe this applies only to police and military, but will gun control actually help reduce crime. I chose to believe that stricter gun laws will not be of help, since countries and states who already have done so have seen little to no difference in crime, criminals will not be affected and still get their hands on…

Guns do not kill people, people kill people; in fact, there has been a more deaths by motorized vehicles than guns for as long as death rates have been recorded. This statement may not seem plausible, but it is true, and stating this I am hoping to prove to the ambivalent people of this issue, that there should be less gun control. It is very lugubrious to think that people blame guns for the wanton behavior in America today. Some people think that getting rid of guns will help quell the people of America; however, I believe that violence will never stop in America and even if we took guns away people will find other ways to kill or hurt other, like using knives or even bombs. Why people kill is the real enigma, maybe the person is clinically…

While I do not believe we should completely get rid of guns, I think there should be tight restrictions on who is able to own a gun. In America, there is a growing perception that guns are: they are harmful, they kill, and they commit crimes, and so most guns should be banned. But, how can a gun kill or commit crimes; it is not a living thing, it is a tool. With the use of guns, America has grown to be a strong and independent country throughout history. The push to ban guns will only keep guns away from law abiding citizens since criminals, by nature, do not follow laws and respect the gun free zones. The banning of guns in America should end.…

After obtaining guns, children and adults collect them and proceed to improve their accuracy in shooting, but getting rid of them would make the world a dangerous place. Many people who believe that guns are the leading cause of death in the United States, are incorrect. A gun is not a person, it has no feelings nor can it move on its own it cannot be personified nor be blamed for any of the actions. A gun must be wielded by a person and that person is the one responsible for pulling the trigger. If guns were banned and somehow a criminal couldn’t get his hand on one illegally, they can still kill.…
