Johnson does not want to send troop overseas to fight ISIS until they attack American soil. Johnson has repeatedly stated this over the last twelve months. He believes American troops should not be sent to war with ISIS until they hit America at home. Other candidates want to send American troops right away. Johnson disagrees with this because he does not want to put men and women’s lives in danger for no reason. He wants to stay out of middle eastern business until it becomes a problem for America. This is the direction America needs to take. America is usually the world’s problem solver, but as of now America cannot afford the cost of the war or to lose soldiers for no reason.
