Reasons Why Following Directions Is Important

There are many reasons why it is important to follow directions. If there were no directions the world would be chaotic and no one would know what to do. For instance, if we are in a life or death situation and our instructor told us crucial information. We could possibly die for not following directions. There are also penalties that can occur for not following directions. If we don't follow the directions, then we must be breaking some sort of laws which result in punishment. There also instances that might cause us our jobs. We could possibly get fired for not simply following a set of directions. Later on we are the ones that are going to give the directions and if the people don't follow them we are going to get frustrated. Another reason why it's important to follow directions is because if we don't we can be simply lost in the situation we are in. For example, if we are trying to get somewhere, but we don't follow the directions they gave us to follow. We would not know where to go and the person who is hosting the event would be angry because we arrive late. We need to be accountable for our actions. Following direction is a necessity, we must follow directions because without directions people would not know what to do. It would create total mayhem. People will lose control, deaths will increase and many people will go insane. Many students can be extremely smart but if they can not follow directions they would receive bad grades. Directions are an important skill that we need in life. They allow us to achieve our goals and to become more socially accepted in our society.
