The United States of America has been around for over 230 years, so why haven’t we perfected the nation yet? I believe the reason we are being held back is because politicians constantly attack each other instead of collaborating on how to make the country better. In order to move forward, we, as a country, need to make changes that are long overdue. For many years, The United States have been working on improving education, our military, and environmental protection, but we still have far to go. If America decides to move forward and make changes we will create more opportunities for the generation following us. Every year high school graduates are pressured into attending college because they are told it is necessary for a successful job.
