20 Obvious Reasons To Love Arizona

There are endless reasons to love Arizona. With nearly 300 or more days of sunshine a year, we can enjoy all that our state has to offer on any given day; unlike many other states that experience snow storms, hurricanes, or earthquakes. Interested to find out why everyone should enjoy Arizona?

The Grand Canyon: We deserve bragging rights for this one. Case and point: It’s one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Not many states can say they own one of those.

2. Scenery: Our deserts are stunning. In fact, a portion of our state is part of the Saguaro Desert National Park.

Hiking: Arizona is home to countless breathtaking hiking spots.

5. Climate: Where else can you catch some sunny rays in the morning, then take a trip to Flagstaff to play in the snow- all in one day!

6. Pool Parties: They are pretty much year round- and a lot of places do it big. Real BIG!

7. Golfing: Who doesn’t love a relaxing pastime such as golf? Arizona is filled with beautiful golf courses. They are every where!

8. Rivers and Lakes: If a backyard pool isn’t your style, Arizona has plenty of rivers and lakes to visit on a warm day.

9. Lightning and Thunder Storms: Arizona’s desert storms are breathtaking and always picture worthy!

10. Big City: Arizona houses the 5th largest city in the nation, Phoenix. Translation: There are a TON of things happening in Phoenix, at all times!

11. Spring Training: Another great time in Arizona. Hot dogs, beer, baseball and sunshine. Intrigued yet?

12. Social Life: Arizona is home to ASU. And yes… We can sheepishly admit that it has a reputation as the number one party school. But, who doesn’t love a good party?
