There are many reasons why I should join NHS. I have a weighted GPA of 3.7, two extracurricular activities, and I have done volunteer service. I want to join NHS to show the world that I will be someone one day. I am someone who can collaborate with any person. I have a different culture than most people that go to Central High School. I am different than most other people because I don't care what people think of me. I have a high GPA and the majority of the courses that I am taking are accelerated. I am in AVID which helps me prepare for college and with my academic courses simultaneously. I am taking Honors course for my Junior year because AVID encouraged me to take them.
