Reasons To Fit In At BU

Decent Essays
I feel that I would fit in at BU for three main reasons. First and foremost, the education and academic opportunities are incredible and I am confident that I would be able to develop well as a student. The classes, teachers, and coursework that I have seen at BU show me that I will have the chance to utilize these resources and thrive academically. The psychology program and all of its opportunities draws me to BU, but I am also very interested in biology and sports medicine. At Boston University I would have the resources to fully discover my talents and contribute to the learning environment.
Another reason that I love BU is the community and feeling of the campus. The people I have met and encountered are so friendly and clearly quite

For those who are familiar with the world of baseball, it is common knowledge that a pitcher should have a protective L-screen in front of them in order to prevent possible injury. The case of Shawn Bukowski vs. Clarkson University et al. showcases a situation where a pitcher was struck in the face by a line drive during a practice session; this can be attributed to the absence of an L-screen. Shawn Bukowski sued his university and head coach James Kane for damages related to his injury; the results of this case and the reasoning for it is quite interesting. I will discuss the key information regarding this case, the different factors that relate to the outcome, and how the case could have played out differently if the NCAA had better rules…

TCU is great fit for me because it is a smaller university. I like how TCU has less than 9,000 undergraduates and has a 13 to 1 student to faculty ratio. This means students will get more individual attention. The city of Fort Worth seems to be a great college town and TCU has great school spirit, which both work well together to offer a great college experience. TCU is a great fit for me because it has an encouraging learning environment that will allow me to excel in my studies and grow as a…

I believe TCU is a great fit because I think it is the perfect school for me to develop into a productive adult. It is a prestigious school that honors discipline and hard-work which I believe are two characteristics I can work on. The level of education is also held at a high standard and I believe I can become a part of that. The campus also seems to be very friendly and welcoming and appears to be a school I can adjust to. I like the fact that it is a small campus which allows more individual…

There are many justifications as to why I decided to attend American Public University (APUS). The three main reasons: I want to be an encouragement to my children, I want a solid career foundation, plus enhancing my education will also help me to improve my own self-assurance. Establishing a positive atmosphere, and being an example of encouragement for my children is the most significant reason for my decision to attend American Public University. I know it will be a challenge, but I want my children to understand that it is easier to struggle to further your education, than it is to struggle enduring poverty from lack of a degree. American Public University can help me to realize my dreams of being an inspiration to my children.…
