What do you see chocolate milk as? Something that will make you gain 50 pounds or a drink that gives you the same nutrients as white milk? Well, the first option can be true… but, really. That would be a lot of chocolate milk. Chocolate milk has its ups and downs, but I think that there are more ups than downs. I think that chocolate milk should be brought back to the school cafeteria. I think this because some types of chocolate milk don't have that much sugar, many students want it back, and last, it has the same nutrients as white milk.

The first reason we should bring back chocolate milk is that chocolate milk has the same nutrients as white milk. Isn't chocolate milk white milk with cocoa powder mixed in it. Some people say that white milk has more nutrients in it but, chocolate milk is white milk with cocoa powder added in. so chocolate milk may have more nutrients in it, but for sure it has the same nutrients as white milk.

I strongly agree that adding nutritious beverages to school lunches is a logical and reasonable idea. To begin with, when products are locally sourced, the local economy around the school will also receive a boost. Also, when a parent of a school student sends their child, or children, to school, they should not have the need to worry about the things that their kid may drink.…

Since the beginning of the Fall 2016 semester, chocolate has become my comfort food. I cannot spend a week without having chocolate at least five out of the seven days of the week; two to three king sizes of any given chocolate candy’s brands per day. This behavioral intention (i.e. attitudes toward the behavior) now turned into a negative health behavior. My excessive consumption of chocolate has become a health compromising behavior (i.e. behaviors that detract from or damage health) since it is now an addictive, habitual and somehow pleasurable activity to me. My high conception of sugar in chocolate could aggravate my obesity (i.e. an excessive accumulation of body fat), cause me to develop hyperglycemia (i.e. blood sugar is too high)…
