The Bill of Rights is the first 10 amendments of the constitution, and these rights cannot be taken awake from US Citizens. Despite their many distinctions, the Articles and the Constitution had some similarities, for example the simple fact that congress existed. Also, they both could declare war at anytime, and establish post offices. Both documents could conduct foreign affair at any given time, and also raise an army. Although both documents have some striking differences and very few similarities, they shared a common goal; to make the United States the best they can be. Our government learned first hand through trial and error, “If at first you don’t succeed, try again.” Today, the United States still remain successful from the Constitution, a document written 228 years
