So, the American Civil War was the central reason for the liberty. According to the Colorado College, (1976) that the American Civil War started an effort to save the North and to end the slavery because many slaves got their own freedom by the end of the American Civil War. Since then, many slaves believed that the only thing that could free them from slavery was fighting along with the North against the South, many slaves fought for their own emancipation, and they ran from the South to the North to fight in the Northern army. This was key for slaves to get their own freedom. As a result, the North started enlisting African Americans to help them to fight against the Confederate States. In addition, the two groups of people who helped to build the Northern armies, were Lincoln 's Second Confiscation and Militia. They both acted in 1862, and they did all they could to build the Northern military. Besides that, they both stimulated black people to join into the Northern armies. The technique that the North used was calling all slaves who were in the South to join to them. On the other hand, Southern people did not have any technique to face the Northern army and to make them lose the war. However the events that came late after the American Civil War changed many lows to prove to whites that African Americans must have the rights in the United States such as voting, good education, equal buses, and jobs. A Time for Justice, (N.D), stated that a black woman named Rosa Parks was sitting on her seat in the bus, and a white person asked her to leave her seat, but she refused to give her seat to the white person. So, Roses Parks’ reaction was showing the others that black people could have the freedom to sit anywhere. Nevertheless, many black people got hurt from white people in transportation services. A Time for Justice, (N.D), showed that white people were beating black people and throwing objects at the buses that black people used to travel around the country and these actions led to killing four children. In fact, the significance of this event was that some white people still hated giving the rights to the black peoples, and some whites wanted to terrify black who demanded their
