Reasons For Moving West

Moving west was not easy but at the same time worth it.Exploring new land, escaping slavery,looking for gold,starting a new life,new land to have, were just some of the good things you could get out of moving west but there was bad sickness could spread, leaving your friends and family,hungry animals out for blood, natives might attack,wagon break down, and way more.

There were many reason for moving west.First, black people were going west to escape slavery because in the west everyone had the same rights no matter what. Also, people found gold out west like in California so to them gold=$$$ and richness.Third, some people just wanted to start a new life.Maybe because there was not enough jobs or they wanted new jobs.Last, people heard
