Reasons for Bullying If you ask any high school student if bullying is a big problem, more in likely, their immediate response would be to say no. After reading through all the research, the top reasons I saw that children become bullies are; bad social interactions, lack power, and family issues. I believe that bullying does help fill their social problems. Children who are bullies, tend to have bad social interactions and in return, turn on others to make them feel better about themselves, as if nothing were wrong. Although it does not solve their problems completely and never will as they get older, it does give them a reason to why they are mean to others. It is pretty sad that some children do turn to bullying because of issues that they cannot always help, whether it be from, family, friends, lack in communication or care, it is a good idea to take into consideration what the child might be going
