Students were overwhelmed by the fear of not knowing who the killer was and he does not mention anything that could give the reader an idea of who could be the killer. This mystery is revealed when the narrator talks about his fear of opening his car’s trunk and that he thinks that he was with a woman the night before, the night when another woman was murdered during the strawberry spring.
