Realm-Personal Narrative

In regards to my results and reflections, I was not surprised at all. Given my tremendous experience with the management of my friends, families, and so forth whom encountered ordeals. The experiences in supporting my wide range of people help me see my strength personally. For example, a friend of my mine named Alison just discovered her dad was having an affair with another woman. She was told by the woman, which later Alison be aware that the woman has been her father’s mistress for several years. In interim, Alison told the initiative to confront the accusation the dad’s mistress told her. Her father explicitly admits to having an affair with the woman. After coming to the realization that her father is having an affair with another woman, Alison becomes uncontrollably angry that any of her friends (except me) cannot help get through the family crisis Alison is experiencing. However, I decided to reach out to Alison personally to discuss the crisis she is going through by sharing with the story of what happened to my parents, which was similar to her situation. During the discussion with Alison I delineate how I understanding her emotions …show more content…
In order to help others emotionally, it is imperative to be honest with who you are—knowing where to surpass, and the struggle, triumphs and accepting these things about yourself. If someone gets emotional blatantly after having a conversation with a friend who loss his grandfather—such person perhaps is not an expert to aid the person to overcome such adversity emotionally. An emotional intelligent person learn their areas of strength and weakness to support themselves mentally and others personally. Hence, the analysis of how to work with people most effectively within a time that is given is important. For this reason, I believe I have the ability to recognize other’s emotions accurately and provide the necessary to aid them
