It is thought that this way of thinking could in fact unlock the secrets of nature, give control of the external worlds, and in return allow us to find truths that are yet to be seen. As, with most philosophies and/or theories there are faults and the inductive thinking the conclusion can be false. The logic between the two are dissimilar as inductive is seen as probability and it is certainty for deductive thinking. The top down approach as viewed by deductive reasoning contrasts the bottom up logic of inductive thinking but neither are right or wrong, it is up to the individual on their perceptions of reasoning. Building upon the logical processes of thinking the philosophy of realism grew and in result has influenced the field of education.
