As more and more investors are interested in Brisbane’s properties currently, our company needs to prepare much enough marketing profile about the relevant project in the corresponding suburb for any interests.
Task
My supervisor asked me to do some researches and prepared two property analysis reports for Hamilton and South Bank in different aspects with critical data in a week and made a comparison of the best investing spot between these two suburbs.

With utilized the research skills and analysis skills learn in the university, i successfully completed the task for upcoming projects in one week. It taught me to change the view into an investor’s perspective to evaluate current property market and present the most attractive information required for them. However, it is different for builders who care the most about the rate of return if there is a new project.
