While Bush supplied lethal weapons to violent regimes like over in Indonesia, Clinton provided and sent fighter plans also over to Indonesia. Clinton was also responsible for the helicopters that were utilized by Turkey to destroy rebel villages. Also over lapping the Reagan and Bush administration Clinton was quick to stop resistances and strikes with lethal military action. Clinton wanted to badly show his citizens that he was serious about control and not putting up with crime. For example, he approved an FBI attack on a group of religious people that resulted in eighty-six deaths among men, women, and even children. Clinton then decided to cut funds to state resource centers that aided prisoners by supplying lawyers and even be present during death row executions. However, probably the most ruthless thing done to show toughness on crime, was when Clinton passed the “Crime Bill” that harshly punished crime instead of providing a useful way of preventing it. Clinton also passed a “Anti-terrorism death penalty act” which could without warning, deport any immigrant convicted of a crime even if the crime was committed years ago. The good news is that, if you happened to be apart of the rich one percent of the country you saw tremendous wealth increase, much like you did if you were wealthy during the Reagan Bush times. Tax structures during the Clinton administration favored the wealthy and the richest Americans gained over one trillion dollars and owned over forty percent of the national wealth. While the Dow Jones rose over four hundred percent, the average work mans wage was declining by fifteen perfect. And while the Reagan administration seemed bad for reducing housing subsidies from four hundred thousand to forty thousand, the Clinton administration completely ended the program all together.
