In the article, “Ready Access to Plan B Pills in City Schools,” Anemona Hartcollis expresses the idea of how “Plan B” contraceptive pills have the ability to lower the teen pregnancy rate. According to Anemona, she believes that the theory behind young girls engaging in the use of Plan B results to deviant behaviour.
