Simulation has been used to educate healthcare professionals. The medical field has been enhanced, since additional training was implemented in the healthcare field. The staffs have to chance to practice their skills in a safe environment. Due to the fact, Medicare and Medicaid stop paying for patients who are been readmitted within 30 days periods, healthcare members need to find a solution to prevent unnecessary readmission. I believe, the number of readmission rate can be reduced, if proper educational program is provided to patients and caregivers before they leave the hospital.
