(1) PMS Interview Summary: The PMS stated that his morale was very high and that he loves what he does on a daily basis. He stated that his morale is a 10 and that he believes he is fair to all, but he does not tolerate misconduct of any kind. He came into a program with a lot of misconduct going on and has cleaned the program up and maintains a fair leadership with all. The PMS is happy that they have their own building and classrooms for each MS level. Leadership philosophy Re-Green and Re-Family.

He rated the morale of the program and eight because while the program has a high graduating rate at CST there is always room for improvement. He felt that black board provided a platform for classroom instruction and that he also uses his Army experience and rely heavily on his NCOs, who have combat arms backgrounds. CPT Lewis stated that the Ranger handbook is the go to resource his team use in the classroom for squad and platoon tactics.

(7) MSIII Instructor Interview: SFC Lambeth stated that both his personal and program morale was a nine. He stated that he enjoyed the job and the team that he was assigned to. SFC Lambeth did not have any issues with instruction materials available in black board. He felt that as a subject matter expert in combat arms tactics he could facilitate the material in a manner the Cadets could understand. Haley stated that her personal morale is a 11. She is extremely grateful to work with Cadre, especially the PMS that truly cares about each other. She also feels that the program morale is a 10. She feels that the Cadets know that this is a safe place to be. She has been referred to as mom by Cadre and Cadets. She stated that she does not have much of a role in GoArmyEd. The Cadets utilize their Cadre to assist with pay issues, or the Cadets take the initiative to call the 1-800 number.
