The driver called in to obtain a SUV that's comparable to what he is currently driving. I spoke to Raul/ERAC who will speak with the manager and to check the status of the rental situation. The driver needs a bigger rental due to he carries 3 simulators and one of the simulators reaches from the back of the latch gate all the way to the front passenger seat in addition with 4-5 boxes and other items that will not fit in the Rogue. The driver has stated that he felt he was asked multiple questions in his vehicle that did not relate to the vehicle and he felt uncomfortable as like he would not be returning the vehicle.
