Almost everything has been influenced by technology. In the current era of rapid development, technology facilitates peoples’ lives and creates more comfort. It has remarkably improved the quality of life. Due to this advancement, young people of this generation are getting used to find the easiest and most convenient way.

The long line and sometimes the unavailability of the credible instructor for subject evaluation because of their personal necessity are time consuming and had caused hassles among enrollees. The researchers also observed that the numbers of students in some classes upon enrollment are too low most especially the higher years. Because of this the, administration needs to decide whether to dissolve those classes and merge it with the others are not. This is necessary to maximize the use of classrooms. After the decision to dissolve a class a new schedule must be made for the new merged class. It’s a burden to the committee who creates the schedules most especially when the schedules are already been made before the decision has been confirmed.
Phase II. Design an Automated Subject Evaluation and Class Management System For the improvement of the manual process of subject evaluation and class management, the researchers decided to design an automated subject evaluation and class management. This system uses a general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited to server-side web development that runs on a web server.
Automated Subject Evaluation allows the students to minimize their time consumption in subject evaluation. This system ensures the proper subject load for every student, generates additional subjects for irregular
