• does my body/skin look different?
• when I ask a family member if they can see a difference, can they say I look better or that I look the same?
• am I going out to eat as much?
• do my receipts show that I am purchasing the right foods?
• am I craving a chocolate bar when I see and have to buy it or do I just look at it and move

It could be that while I am shedding fat, I am gaining muscle which can add on pounds. It may be that I will find a personal trainer to ask them what I am be doing wrong and what exercises can help me achieve the results I am looking
