In any research where there is several raters, there is always room for disagreement between them and the perceived objective. In comparison to simple measuring test that requires only one person, measurements involving concern in the rating target are generally improved with multiple trained raters. Such measurement tasks frequently include individual judgment of quality.
Differences across raters in the measurement processes and inconsistency in understanding of measurement results are two examples of sources of error variance in rating measurements. Having some clear process of interpretation in rating are essential for dependability in unclear or puzzling measurement situations. Without recording plans, evaluations are gradually affected by researcher's prejudice, that is, a propensity of assessment values to drift towards what is anticipated by the assistants. Throughout procedures connecting recurrent measurements, improvement of rater drift can be fixed over sporadic reeducation

First of all, the researchers that are going to be part of the study have to know the characteristics of aggression. Aggressive behavior ranges from verbal mistreatment to physical abuse. It violates the boundaries of the victim, it can involve damaging personal properties, and it can at times be occasional outburst that could become frequent or in patterns. There are several things that cause someone to be aggressive, but in this case the study looks at kids who act aggressively after watching violence on television or playing video games. Normally, if a kid acts up aggressive towards other kids for no reason the first thing that can cause this is mental health. Aggressive behavior could also be because of the family structure, or some genetic traits of the child. There are some other health that can cause aggressive behavior.
