Ethical leadership is illustrated by the respect for beliefs, values, rights and in which individuals demonstarte conduct for common good that is deemed acceptable and appropriate.
IDENTIFICATION
According to Kasthuri Henry’s Comprehensive Ethical Leadership Model, there are five roadbloacks involving professional and social pressures, pursuit of pleasure, desire for power, pride and need to be winner at any cost and conflicting priorities.

TATA Motors’ legendary entrepreneur, Ratan Navan Tata lies in the fifth level, recognizing the internal cohesion attribution of the model and displaying the role of an integrator or inspirer.
The leader is self-actualised individual, who builds and alligns vision, mission and values for the organisation that integrates and inspires employees, customers and community. The leader have exhibited and adorned authenticity, imagination, integrity and zeal to numerous pioneering ideas and innovations like the creation of Tata Indica, an Indian car designed, developed and produced in India and conceptualized and executed as an Indian enterprise. The revealing of Tata Indica was a tremendous success as it is considered to be India’s first indigenously developed passenegr car.
Another triumph was the unveiling of the most affordable no frills production car in the world, Tata Nano. As urbanisation gathered pace in India, the images of two-wheelers bearing families of three and four were norm in the streets. While outright prejudice and stereotyping is serious concern, ingrained or unconscious cultural bias is more difficult obstacle. These are detrimental and impediments to integration across multicultural teams, leading towards isolated working, limited knowledge transfer, diminished company morale etc.
Homophily and majority cultures can create homogenous environment, causing dominance of one social culture or hegemony, which is a substantial threat as company culture is direct product of it’s employees. This may result in smaller group moving towards culture of larger ones to close dissonance, springing assimilation.
Assertive colleagues from countries emphasizing flat organizational heirarchy may be more inclined to speak-up during meetings and negotiations, whereas some cultures may be less likely to let their voices be heard. These gestures may be adopted to simplify meetings or minimize discord, leading to stealing of spotlight for dominant opinions or groupthink and losing the access to different
