On January 26th, 2017, I Officer Albert, was working as a Police Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department. At approximately 1438 hours I was approached by a female while I was walking through the Rhatigan Student Center. The female was later identified as Megan Renee Rasmussen. Rasmussen had an information case done on 01/25/2017 case# 17C0035. Rasmussen explained she was receiving multiple text messages from he ex-boyfriend Mario later identified as Marionciano William Luna. Rasmussen explained she wanted to speak with Officer DeMario Smith about her case from 01/25/2017. Rasmussen was visibly upset, her face was red and appeared to be in distress. Rasmussen said she didn't feel safe, I offered her an escort to the University
