This is a 44-year-old man who presented to the clinic with a 2-week history of rashes on his torso and upper back. He states that rashes started as a single round lesion that he thought was ringworm. He bought some over the counter cream for ring warm but that did not help. Instead, the lesion is now spreading all over his body. He states that it itches him sometimes. Patient denies any fever or contact with any individual with a similar skin condition. Patient has a history of anxiety and depression. He denies any known medical or environmental allergies
