In a remote spot in Northern Finland at the center of the Korvatunturi Mountains a group of archaeolgist discover Santa Claus. In the depths of everthing it was time to dig him up. When children mysteriously begin to disappear and reindeer by the dozen are found dead, everyone starts to come to terms this isn't the Santa and his elves that we've always pictured.

Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale was a honorable film to the Christmas Horror genre, unlike most that involve a psychopath murder going after naughty people. Rare Exports had a genuine story that leads to marvelous things yet in the ending had me jaw dropped. Amusing scares that had me suprised, with great cinemtagrophy of beautiful Mount Korvatunturi this film has alot going for
