To interview key Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Management) (DUSN (M)) personnel responsible for Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) N4814617MP00030, that was used to provide funding to support Marine Corp Systems Center's (MCSC) travel requirements in support of the proof of concept project Autonomous Hydrographic Coastal Survey (AHCS) system for the United States Marine Corp Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO). Also obtain an understanding of the MIPR and any documentation relevant to the Follow-up audit for the Department of the Navy Assistant for Administration (2017-103).
