1648: A gay drummer in New France got the death sentence from a priest for being gay, he pretty much had to give up his life and take the place of the executioner so that they would not sentence him to death.
1810: There was a rape case that a chick left a scratch on a man’s penis so I guess the law officer went around examining the suspected men’s penises.
1842: The first two men convicted for being homosexual were Patrick Kelly and Samuel Moore, both men got the death sentence.
1918: the First magazine with LGBT publicity in history
1947: in Toronto they arrested a man who dressed as a woman in public. The drag queen was sentenced to 4 months in jail.
1963: The RCMP tried passing a law to taking away all the homosexuality from the police
