The average American will move houses 11.4 times in their lifetime. The reason may be from a job transfer, but in most scenarios it will be from the desire to find a new home because of growing too accustomed with a current residence. Every home has its own unique style, but many houses will have similar characteristics based on their architectural design. A few of the different styles of houses are Colonial, Split level, Ranch, Tudor, and Bi-level homes.
