Ramona is a team player and has continued to provide supports to her co workers in any way that she can. She has established great relationships with our community partners and has continued to develop those relationships by keeping in contact with CIT officers, community liaisons, and other State Departments. Ramona is not a confrontational person and when a client becomes confrontational with her she immediately informs me to minimize conflict. Ramona remains calm and professional in an intense situation. For example Ramona had a case where the Reported Adult and her daughter were attempting to defraud Medicaid and was also threatening our department with harm.
