Ralph's Transformation In Lord Of The Flies

During the novel The Lord of the Flies we were acquainted with character change. We were able to watch the characters transform from civilized human beings to savages.
When the novel first starts we are introduced to the main character Ralph and his companion Piggy. When the boys finally are able to meet thanks to Ralph find a conch and blowing it until they are all united. The boys quickly decided that they would make Ralph the leader and we immediately saw his demeanor change. “ It made Ralph feel more powerful, more important, among the group of boys and it made him feel like he could make them do anything”(Golden 22). This here shows how Ralph changed his mentality to an average kid to now a leader of all of these boy and “little ones”.
