What are some of your future prospects & how will this opportunity help you reach these goals?
RESPONSE: Since I was a child, more specifically fourth grade, I had decided my career, to become an obstetrician-gynecologist. My reason for choosing this considerably unusual career at such a young age is to mainly bring a change in this male-dominated world. When women around the world are being inferior to men in every aspect of their lives starting from birth to death, I aspire to change that, and by being an obstetrician, I can try to put a stop to female infanticide and discrimination because of unwanted pregnancy. On a brief level, I have qualities such as reliability, compassion, time-management, maturity, and responsibility. On top of that, I pride myself on being social, a good conversationalist, having supportive listening skills, and the skill of accepting different feelings I face. Something that makes me very admirable is fact that I am resilient to take up any challenge that I am given, making me extremely committed to things. I also show no fear in standing up, be it for me, someone else, or just an idea that is hugely despised without worrying about the outcomes. By being a publicity officer in a feminism club, I am prone to getting insults from people who don’t know the right meaning of the word, but I have the skills to handle that sort of problem, which is another of my skill. Throughout the year, I have never missed a single day of school but still manage to start each day with positivity and a sense of successfulness and maintain my social, mental, and physical health. By being a freshman, I have the ability to spend more time helping kids with autism and other mental problems by volunteering more often than upperclassmen because they have a lot more commitments and they have to prepare for college, which puts me at an advantage. Having a 4.0 GPA, being such an active member in many school activities and clubs, and being a club officer in two clubs in my freshman year of high school while even seniors struggle to get a position sets me apart from everyone
